What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is about observation without criticism; being compassionate with yourself. When unhappiness or stress hover overhead, rather than taking it all personally, you learn to treat them as if they were black clouds in the sky, and to observe them with friendly curiosity as they drift past. It'll allow you to catch negative thought patterns before they tip you into a downward spiral. It begins the process of putting you back in control of your life. Actually it made me know what i really feel to deal with it instead of being lost in my thought, feelings and day dreams, i won't lie at you at first i felt creepy but then i was relived from this stress and anxiety. Yin Yoga
This intimate practice of yoga requires you to be ready to get intimate with the self, with feelings, sensations, and emotions, something of which I have noticed can be easy to avoid in a fast paced yoga practice. Yin yoga is often used in programs that deal with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety and deep pain or trauma. Yin Yoga will help you to Calm and balance mind and body, Regulate energy in the body, Increase mobility in the body(especially the joints and hips), Lower of stress levels, More flexibility in joints & connective tissue, Deeper Relaxation and A great copy for anxiety and stress. But you better slow down because fast flow practise can cause frustration than mindfulness.

Walking is a great way for reliving stress and letting go or any bad thoughts in your mind, try it in the early morning when just a few people are in the street and the air is fresh. trust me i tried this and it felt so good. Turn your phone off or leave it at home, find a park or certain place to explore and walk for a certain miles or a specific time duration. Just explore and observe the smell, colors, shapes, the feeling of your feet hitting the ground and feel everything around you. QIGONG
Qigong is pronounced as chee-gung, it creates an awareness of the exact moment and reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. t has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions. It's okay if you lost you balance just keep trying and you will do it perfectly the next time.
