What is Happiness?

Happiness
I spent so long to discover that Happiness comes out from inside of you.

There are some actions people do sometimes without noticing which make them truly happy then after few weeks later they ask themselves how to be happy!
So if you are reading this right now, you are lucky because I will tell you exactly 9 steps to make yourself happy:
Step One; you don't need to go to fancy places or buy everything you want to be happy, happiness comes from sharing and selfless acting like helping others to do what they always wanted or give someone something they can't get as when you positively affect someone's life, it will also affect yours.
Step Two; Pick up a new hobby and start developing it, you can even create something new or applying into a competition or you can start doing a project, I just want to say that the feeling of achieving a goal or succeeding after doing so much effort on what you started can make you more happier than you could ever imagine.
Step Three; Sometimes you are worried about what will people think of your doings or how they will judge you, guess what people don't think of you as much as you think of yourself, even your problems are not as big as your mind imagine it to you. Things will only happen the way you imagine them to be and people will see you the way you see yourself, as more confidence can turn you to a beauty queen or the iron woman into their eyes.
Step Four; Try new things you have never done before and do something totally different for a living as sometimes a routine life could make you miserable and bored, I am not asking for enormous and huge things but you can try simple things like going to a yoga class or apply in an art course, but for living you can convert your job to another country or work a second simple job. As Variety is the spice of life and the purpose of trying new things is fulfillment, pride, and satisfaction with yourself.
Step Five; If you think you can buy happiness by money or you need to spend so much to be happy, well! you are wrong because most of the best things in the world are free, as when you are with someone you truly love, it won't matter if you are walking in the park or having a dinner in an expensive restaurant, just being with him/her makes you happy, You also don't need to go to a pricey vacations but you can surf the internet or check the newspaper for low-cost activities and vacations.
Step Six; Sometimes you need to find new friends, the right one for you and be nice to everyone around you even if they were rude, We always being affected with people around us starting with our friends if they like their routine life and not ambitious about anything, they will affect you while you want the opposite but you also can't get rid of them because they were always there for you, so you will just have new ambitious friends while keeping the main ones. For the right one is the most important person because he will be there for the rest of your life so you will have to find the one who feels about his life the same feeling you have about your life, Pick your partner wisely. As for rudeness when you reply with kindness you will be giving yourself the opportunity of being the good person who starts his life and affecting others with positivity.
Step Seven; Get rid of 10 things you don't need among your life and your stuff as decluttering your space can make you feel brighter and lighter because you will always feel that you got the option of having new things in your life.
Step Eight; Laugh "The act of laughing changes us physiologically. We stretch different muscles and our pulse and blood pressure goes up, sending more oxygen to our tissues. In short, it's a mini-workout." - Kimberly Milkesh so find something that can make you laugh like a funny TV show or some written jokes.
Step Nine; You can go camping or travelling, they could be useful for you if you are bored because you will try, hear, smell, see and experience a lot of new things in life and having new memories. Beside that you could also do some meditation if it was just for 5 mins every morning and while doing it smile from your face, your lunges and your liver, just try to smile as much as you can, trust me this could change your life.
