Our Brain!

Everyone of us has 6 layers that help him draw a full image of himself and everything around him. First the core-self: it's the real you..have you ever asked yourself "who am i?" because everyday things affect us and there is a very small part changes with it day by day till we forget who are the real us, and maybe that's why people keep telling themselves that they can't change because they are afraid to lose themselves, but you can change in a better way, in a way that you think before it does it suits you or not. just learn to see yourself clearly without using only part of you in your life or a fake side to impress others and also there is another negative part of us that can take us down and make us feel devastating, and that can be fixed by understanding our own emotions and accepting it then turning it to our own benefit or convert it into a positive thoughts instead. Always remember "Imperfection is Perfection" . Second The sub-self: it's doing what you want or what you feel you may need it, it's doing what your body want without thinking "Do i really wanna do this" or "will this affect on others negatively?", you may also call it having an animal instincts or sometimes acting totally the opposite. we all have layers of sub-selves which differs from one person to another depending on their life experience so far. Third Our mind: actually this is divided into two parts conscious mind and subconscious mind, The conscious mind is Now with no memory that can hold one thought at a time and it identifies incoming information, comparing what is happening now with an old memory in your subconscious then analysing what is happening to you and last deciding what you are going to do (just remember your core-self and don't let the sub-self mess with you while deciding) . Fourth Human mind external: This when people tell you what they think about you, you take this and save it in your mind as when you have another similar situation of what you have heard from them whether it was a negative or positive opinion your mind brings it back to you and sometimes actually people believe into others opinion about themselves more than believing in themselves!! . Fifth Your Mind Role: our minds are a very great tool we don't know how to use it sometimes because what you don't know is that you can achieve everything you want even if you thought it's impossible but first you have to make your goal clear not just a vague idea and think what do you really want, i know it's not that simple because you will need time, investigation and really deep thinking, then put what you want in an actual plan and because your mind is part of your body and you got ears, tell yourself affirmation words because your mind always listens to you and actually believes in you so motivate it then concentrate on what you want "The choice is yours, to be mastered by the mind and its whims, or to be its master." and last visualise what you wanna do. Sixth and last The power of thoughts: "Watch your thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become your character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny." "A man is but the product of his thoughts - what he thinks, he becomes." -Mahatma Gandhi "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty" - Winston Churchill "I don't believe in pessimism. If something doesn't come up the way you want, forge ahead. If you think it's going to rain, it will" - Clint Eastwood "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE as long as you believe and truly engage yourself with your thoughts and feelings." "You CAN change that way you look at yourself through seeking new truths and hence you will be able to accomplish anything you put your mind to."
