What is self awareness? It's having a clear vision of what you want to be and who are you without judging or hesitating because simply most of us are completely lost in their minds of what they want or do they really like what we're doing. So many questions come one in our minds sometimes which really make us distracted but here's a few steps to get yourself back on the line again. I need you to grab a piece of paper follow up with me. Strength What exactly the thing you do and feel like you are on fire and could do more of it, it could be a skill or a hobby just find out what exactly you have the strength in, the thing that you are good at it the most. Weaknesses Well! everyone got weakness in something don't stop here and tell me i'm good at everything because you'll be lying at yourself then, if it's not that clear to you imagine you are doing the thing you are good at and find out what you need to change of it to be better or what do you wanna replace because if something can be replaces it'd be a weakness or a flaw you need to get rid of it. Scanning Sit down with yourself and scan your whole body with your mind and figure out your emotions and understand them, you'll feel your mind is full or worried while your legs is full of energy that can run you three streets on a row and so on.. so you can use some parts of your body for the benefit of the other parts like running to get rid of this stress and be mindful Motivation Find out what motives you the most is it going to the gym or playing football or working or reading and always keep doing it. You? ask yourself "What exactly do i owe to myself?" think about it, all of us done so many mistakes in their lives we cried on wrong people, we laugh at messy things and we went out in wrong places and that what exactly you don't deserve or owe it to yourself. What the hell are you doing now? are you smiling? hell yea you deserve to make this face with a smile. Value yourself Find out your true values that you are ready to stand for them till the end of the world. Thoughts and believes Everyone got this negative side of their personality and don't convince me you are seeing butterflies and rainbows 24/7 because no one is like this even motivational speakers, but there's that kind of people who are managing their thoughts and turning negativity into positivity those who look to the full part in the cup and neglect the empty part . and do yourself a favour by finding something you truelove believe in. Intuition Happiness And at the end write down a list of what really makes you happy and do more of it.
